New Topics About Binge Eating Disorder to be Discussed

Though not as commonly acknowledged or recognized as Anorexia or Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder is a disease that can leave the sufferer with equally devastating consequences.  Increasing differentiation and identification of this disorder is allowing for more efficient treatment options and greater recovery outcomes for individuals struggling with this.

During the upcoming Binge Eating Disorder Association Conference, health professionals from Oliver-Pyatt Centers will discuss facets of this pertinent issue, addressing topics such as Healing from the Shame/Trauma Binge Eating Cycle as well as Eating Disorder Treatment After Bariatric Surgery.  These relevant subjects are crucial for expanding the current knowledge of Binge Eating Disorder, for both health professionals and suffer alike.  For more information about these informative presentations, please continuing reading here.

  1. If you are suffering from binge eating disorder, please have the guts to accept and confess to your family members that you are facing problems. This is the first step towards your recovery.
